@Popo: I meant different kind of black covers, but I know which ones you meant. I kin dof considered buying them, but they were ridiculously expensive. Plus I think it was only the first volume anyway.
I'm happy with my full set. Hopefully I'll re-read it after finishing the Way of Kings.
When a friend loses something they borrowed from you... and you suddenly like them a lot less than before xD I'd be really pissed. Then I'd forget it ever happened xD
@Ana, I've never read or watched the Hunger Games, is it good?

Yeah, I lso have a full split series.
First three are soft cover, last three are hard.
It's nuts and I hate it.
But I'm too broke to get the proper ones. T_T
The movies are okay, I'm not a huge fan but every blue moon i get the urge to watch them.
The books, however, are BRILLIANT. I LOVE them and reread them often.
In fact, I just read them again last month. xD
They're soooooo good.

In my opinion books are better than the movies 99.99% of the time.
The 0.01% was The Hobbit.
I love the movies and hated the book.

@Ana: Then I should add it to my To Be Read list

I haven't read in too long, I have to do my homework now XD
Aaah, I should also read LOTR and Hobbit... I mean, it's kind of embarrassing that I only know the movies XD
@Popo: Of course it's in the past. It's not really worth it to hold on to such things. :)
I think there was no movie based on a book that was better than said book. At least I haven't heard of one.

haven't read any of Tolkien's books. While I loved the movies, the books are not on my read list o:
I liked the lotr trilogy way more than the Hobbit

I read the Hobbit, just cos people were bitching at me cos they thought the movies sucked.
So I read the book and now I can tell them to screw off because that book was one of the single most boring pieces of literature I've ever read.
The movies are so much better and offer a lot more entertainment and story.
