((Gonna put that on my Christmas list))

Cal laughed.
"Yeah, I'll bet it was scary! Having a wolf show up out of nowhere is probably terrifying at first."

(We had tornadoes in the area and no cell phone, internet home phone, nothing for awhile, but I have returned!)

"Very true....and he was a big one! Have you ever ran into one?" Tony hopes not due to safety and all, but he wants to know either way.

((I'm glad you're alright! I'm just getting over being sick DX))

Cal shook his head.
"Not up close, no. I've heard a pack howling nearby before, but they didn't get close."

"Maybe someday we'll go camping and we'll see that wolf." Tony says. "The wolf was so nice." That's what he finds weird, but prefers over the other option.

(And then someone took out our cable line somehow D: )

"I'd like that. It would be cool to meet a friendly wolf like that."
Cal smiled. A camping trip with his new friend sounded like a lot of fun.

"I can bring snacks....do you think wolves like beef jerky?" It's a random thought that came to Tony. "Oh and most of my trips are weekend long....wish I could camp for longer though..."

(Still imagining the you ate Cal thing lol)

Cal laughed.
"Wolves are carnivores, so I'm sure they'd like anything made with meat! But maybe don't feed them too much human food, it could make them sick."
He grinned, violet eyes bright with excitement.
"A weekend sounds great! Just pick a time and I'll clear my schedule. I've got a few vacation days saved up at work."

"Yeah, you shouldn't feed dogs human food either....so it makes sense." Tony says, nodding a bit.

"How much of a notice do you need to give at work?" He asks. His weekends are open minus if he doesn't get things done during the week or if he has a lot of work.

(tomorrow/today root canal retreatment T-T)

"For just one shift, it's 24 hours' notice. If it's more than two shifts, I'd need to give them a week."

"Guess that would depend on when you're scheduled, unless you just want to do one night?" Tony asks, tilting his head a bit.

(They couldn't do it all in one go, so more work wooo)
