I don't understand shipping at times. I'll like buy a $5 and the shipping will be $10.
I remember buying a family member something while in prison and the food item was like 50 cents but I had to pay the stupid tax which was like $5 >>

Shipping costs depend on weight and size, don't they?
The price is irrelevant, if you send a huge empty cardboard box it will cost you a lot.
Actually I think shipping costs are often way too low.
I wonder how much they are paying the people working for them, and how many parcels they have to deliver to earn that wage. Probably not enough, so they are rushing and not paying attention, which means low quality service v_v

The shipping itself originally wasnt bad. I decided to pay 20 extra for shipping for "speedy" delivery

I still think they charge too much shipping for some stuff.
Like if I order a feather, I don't think it should cost $8 to have it shipped to me 8u
I've heard Amazon treats their workers poorly.

Amazon is one of the shittier companies to work for. it's why it's been in the news so much lately, with the workers trying to unionize for better treatment and living wages.

Yeah, I've heard it's quite bad.
Which does not come to a surprise. They do sell cheap, which means they are abusing someone (and most likely a lot of someones) to get their prices to be that low.

theres like a 50/50 chance i'll get the refund.
i've heard from some people that they have and from some people that they werent able to get one lol.
but yes, amazon isnt the greatest for the workers
