I would have removed the blue border, I know it's a reminder of your eyes color but it distracts too much.
And I'd have chosen hair that take less space.

memoriam : the aiwendil staff in bananarama or endora knuffel trident are good monochrome staffs but I don't know how it'd look on your ava though :o
