Talking about being proposed to. I have a story of my own to share.
My ex-boyfriend proposed to me after half a year. He was dead drunk, proposed to me, proceeded to tell me it wasn't because he needed a visa or anything (he was (is?) an exchange student) and then before falling asleep managed to ask me if I knew a girl named Elena. Which is a name I knew very well since it was the name of his other girlfriend.
Needless to say we're not together anymore XD

That is hands-down the most hilarious proposal story I've ever heard, as well as being the most cringe-worthy.

The best way to earn currency during these events is polling. You can even make a bit of extra food and it's a bit less boring than just clicking mindlessly.

Obviously it was pretty hard on me at first but now, 2 years and a half later, I'm laughing about it.
I'm the kind of person that thinks everything happens for a reason and it happens that this ex-boyfriend story is part of what made me move to the other side of the world where I'm now perfectly happy.

I'm glad you got something out of that in the end! Besides just an amazing story.
