Mail is combined with the banker so look for the key shape on your mini map

I got it to go away, I had moved my toolbar thing to the top of the screen so it was blocking the message ^_^*

I'll have to find a mail place later I guess.

Yeah alliances are kind of dumb but oh well. You don't have to participate ever :P (Other than one thing, I have no interest in it)

So I'm a little bothered. Good thing I reached 60 on the Federation storyline before that @_@
