Hiding in a hollow tree (come find me)

I'd scan in my sketches and color them on GIMP, but there's a few problems. 1: I have one of those stupid printers/scanners/copiers that requires ink in order to scan and I don't want to waste my dad's ink on projects I won't finish. 2: All I've drawn is fan art and I don't feel like coloring any of that.

I just realized that "take out" means food, dating, and murder. And if you were a female praying mantis you'd have all three.

Psychiatrists aren't quacks, they can help you/be someone you can actually talk to, without fear of judgement. Going in hostile will only make them fear you're unstable ^^;

Candy do you have a phone or a camera with a chord you can upload pics to the comp with? That's what I do.

I'm not so much hostile as I'm skeptic. I don't mind my kid seeing a doctor, she needs to be taken care of. However I end up dealing with quacks. They don't experience it, but they study it graduate from classes teaching it and get certified to take care of it. Yeah...that totally puts my confidence in them. What the hell do they know what depression is like? They don't suffer from it, they just study people who have and make decisions based on those studies. I can study people painting doesn't mean I'm a painter or that I can paint.

Nope. My camera slipped about a week ago and despite being in a case the glass smashed when it hit the floor.

That's exactly how painters learn to paint >.>
I understand the fear of having an impersonal doctor but I would make that judgement after, not before, for the best experience.

They also experience painting to become painters. You can't just study and not do it. Doctors don't become depressed to understand it, is what I'm saying. I can study how to fix a car, if I don't actually go off and practice it and experience it doesn't mean I'm certified to fix it.

Unless I'm dying that'll never happen. <<;

All doctors are like that, they don't shoot you and make you take out your own bullet, you don't get cancer and then treat it... we have to trust doctors, for them to be able to do their job. It's all about trust. Plus, maybe talk to some of their other patients, see if there are reviews about them and their practice online somewhere.

They may not shoot you with a bullet, but they do have a course where you actually are physically trained in removing a bullet. They don't just give you the tools and say take it out. There's a difference. It's not an emotional/mental thing. A bullet is a physical solid item in which you have to have actually have removed it on test subjects whether dummies or whatever, so they know what to do and what not to do. They don't just show you and say there you go you are now certified to remove a bullet. They actually practice it.
If you were shot in the arm and some person you didn't know said: "I have seen someone take a bullet out on tv, but I have not had the proper training removing it and don't know if I'll end up permanently damaging or killing you, but I've seen it done." Would you let them remove the bullet? No.

The only reason I have some trust in the doctors at the UNMC is because they're the lead on ebola treatment. Other than that trust is not something I can easily give.

Mine helped me a lot.
My psychologist especially helped me a lot.
He's what made me finally get my GED.

That's good. The only reason I'm going to see one is for my daughter. Though for the most part I'm too lazy to commit suicide I just don't want a chance to slip that far. I almost did while pregnant. Well I wanted to remove my daughter because I was hurting so much and it was very close to happening because I had to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom and I have to go pass the drawers where we keep the silverware and I could have grabbed a knife. Luckily after leaving the bathroom I was just too tired and went back upstairs to bed.
