Very true XD I'd probably buy doubles of all the sets in the TT and then sell them in four or five years for loads~ and still have one set for myself.

Ah that's true, sometimes I forget how old certain items are as well. I could see someone looking for 'rare items' and I catch myself thinking 'those aren't that rare, right?' and then I look up their age and oh
and I check the last sale date and oh

And the prices for different event items from the same set can be wild
I know hairs/eyes/lips always go higher but I've had armwarmers get a higher price than hairs and such. Usually because people have more hairs going round the market than the other items and then after a few years those 'lesser' items are suddenly rarer!
The new unique knuff is so pretty TwT

Yeah it's crazy. Also when you have something you personally like that's going for nothing, and something you think isn't so great that seems to go for a ton more XD
I've been buying old seasonal items but only because once I start a set I feel like I have to finish it. There were only a few sets from before I joined thankfully, but I still haven't finished them.
I knoooooow so pretty. I want to see the big close-up images XD
