Ooh, school started a yearly DC trip my sophomore year
For sophomores and seniors
The hotel they went to was via recommendation
It was terrible, multiple videos from different rooms of cockroaches
They ended up seeing a baseball game because the superintendent went and she turned green at the hotel's food court. In a basement, hole in the ceiling, and lightly flooded. From what I heard, the school sent in a very bad review which got the place a really harsh inspection
Cuz who cares about the occasional individual bad review. A nasty one from a school, even a small one? Not so ignorable

Did you ever get there on your own or another time? Or was it the area rather than the method/venue of the trip that was putting you off?

Yes, I caught that you weren't interested. What I was asking about is if you weren't interested because it was a school trip and those can be an awful headache, or if you weren't interested because the area did not intrigue you.

So now from your answer I am assuming it is the area rather than the method that put you off....

Look, I try really hard not to make assumptions, okay? Because usually my guesses are WAY OFF. >.< So I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm asking dumb questions.
