Try searching gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free desert recipes. I did a very quick google search, and found more than I can possibly read! @ .@ There are a lot of people with gluten and dairy allergies that are trying to cut back on refined sugars. And with the recent health crazes against gluten, sugar, and dairy, there are a LOT of recipes out there!

I'm pretty happy with the current plan. :D But thanks for the advice! Maybe if I mess this up too, I'll go look instead of trying something out with what we have on hand.

It's not good, but it's not life-threatening, so it could be worse.
I hope she recovers, too. The scary part is that although she's been trying a bunch of things on doctors' recommendations, and they seem to be working, all of the doctors have told her, "we don't know the cause. We can try these things anyhow in case it works, because they have few or no side effects and it can't hurt and it might help, but we don't know why you are having to go through this."
which of course means that even though she's slowly recovering, we're all terrified it might come back one day because, well -no one knows what's CAUSING it.

And while I know it's hard, I would encourage all of you not to worry too much. Doctors don't know everything. And just because they can't pinpoint what's causing it, doesn't mean that it will come back one day.

Oh man, I know all about doctors not being able to figure out what's wrong withyou. It took forever for one to fgure out I have EDS. The funny thing is that I brought it up to a octor before but they aid I didn't have it.

Oh no, that's extra stupid, if you get the right idea but the doctor can't confirm it...
What is eds? Is it some complicated condition with varying symptoms? That might explain it to some degree, if your case was different from the ones this doctor knew before.
