gosh that's just so rude. you know, here, if you don't have a special handicap pass, if you park in a handicap spot, you get fined for it.

The parking spaces don't have a handicap symbol on them so they can't be fined. The spaces are numbered, and if you don't live in the apartment number that matches the number on the space, you aren't suppose to park there. It just happens that 6,7, and 8 have/had handicapped people living in those apartments and those parking spaces are right there in front of the door. AND none of us own a car or drive

well that's just rude on all levels. like srsly, get your own parking spot. D<

Yea it doesn't help that the landlady hasn't done any of the maint work on the parking lot (or apartment buildings) that use to be a yearly thing.

We use to get new roofing yearly, gutters cleaned yearly, repaved parking lot yearly, repainted parking spaces yearly....

We had a TREE growing in our gutters.. I wonder if it's still there... wonder if I still have the photo.. x'D

Our landlady won't even notify our maint man about the shit that needs done. We have to go to him directly if we need something. She's a slum lord.. >:x

that's ridiculous. like this place is owned by her, the very least she could do is worry about repairs and stuff. if it collapses on her watch, she won't get squat.

I seriously think she is trying to chase out the low income people. She plays favorites, and her favorites are those with money. =/

It's just my suspicions. I've no concrete evidence of this other than the fact that it's only low income families moving out. Wish I could find a place that would allow more than 1 cat.
