Hmm, yeah, I can see that might be a problem. I'd be lightening the skin a bit, darkening the hair (my hair gets really dark brown in winter and lighter in summer), and adding snow gradually, too, but I doubt that'd be enough. Perhaps some accessories are in order?

Dressing it through evolution would be hardest part... guess girl in bikini could work nicely. You'd be able to make top slowly turn into coat with fur details and bottom into winter fur skirt. turning it into animal in last stages could add nice twist to it. Like arctic fox ears and tail. Can't think of any good accessories... jewelery wouldn't be visable under layers of clothes, only hair accessories maybe.

OMG HOW DID YOU KNOW ARCTIC FOXES WERE MY FAVORITE. :mcomg:

Yes... Or I could do moose antlers! I was wanting to save fox girl for a separate knuffel. One to pour my soul into. :mccute:

I like the idea of turning the bikini itself into the furs. I'll try sketching some drafts (by printing out the base and penciling over it - I can't sketch in Photoshop to save my life) today or tomorrow. Thanks!

likelolwhat wrote:Wow this thread moves fast when I'm away. XD First, a late reply:

@FlowerRuby: Thank you! I think of it more as a tube top and miniskirt/shorts (hard to tell) than a dress, but I'm glad to know it's not as disappointing as I thought. :mccute:

Fourth Undine has been adopted, huzzah! Better than I expected in the beginning.

Next, I'm thinking about doing an Alaskan Knuffel. My idea is to start out as if the Knuffel were dressed for a Californian/Hawaiian beach, perhaps wearing a swimsuit with a tan, and gradually change it until in the end, he/she's wearing a parka and bunny boots/snowshoes, and snow is piled up around their feet. Maybe have an icicle on their nose? XD (Like a parody of that ancient Alaskan legend... of the rare and endangered "winter tourist". I'd have to use a great deal of artistic license, as I've never seen one. Those that exist try to summit Denali [Mt. McKinley to non-Alaskans] in some sort of life-or-death ritual, Or So I Heard. I'm not going up there just to try to prove their existence, no sirree.)

Not sure if it's too narrow an appeal though. I'd buy one, but then it is right up my alley. Thoughts?

That's a neat idea. I would buy one.

Ugh... after many days of hard work, my Knuffel is almost done, I only have to see again the details, cancel random pixels,... and tomorrow I'm away all the day for work... I want to finish it (her) and put it up for adoption!! I really hope that you will like her, I'm really proud of my work... and I love her sweetness! :qt:

Here are the stages of my knuffel Autumn Butterfly (... I really should think of better names for them.)
