The foreground makes it look a bit cluttered and blends with the wings, plus the top doesn't match, but all in all not bad. I'd remove the head sign too though, since it's the same color as the hair and thus kinda looks like an odd extension of it. xDD

And there is a lot of things going on in the avi too
