Lool well at least you can tell. I’m still not sure if my turtle is a boy or a girl and I’ve had it for at least 30 years lol.
Than again, I haven’t really ever checked lol. I think it’s male but I could be wrong.

Has it laid black eggs? o3o if so its a girl. (black eggs are unfertilized and stuff..)

no eggs = boy.

My one friend thought both her turtles were boys.. then one started laying eggs and so I teased her about having M-Preg turtles and then it turned out that at least 1 was a girl and the eggs were unfertilized.


Though this could be different for different types of turtles.. and I dunno what kind her two were. o3o

my turtles have never laid eggs before. i used to have two. i didn't think pet turtles would lay eggs lol.

Yup! Apparently if you set up their enclosure just right (or at least with her breed of turtle) they can breed and stuff.


Do you know what kind of turtle it is? Maybe we can figure out what its gender is. o3o

Going off egg laying alone is probably not a good idea. xD It could be like some of us and just not want any kids!

Yeah I don’t really have an enclosure lol, it’s literally just a container of water. And it’s a painted turtle if you’re interested lol.

My turtle has been in the same water container for years and doesn’t seem to have a problem lol. So. Yeah. XD;;

I've come to love scaping, so I really wish I could scape you something awesome for the turtle. I don't have the money, nor a way to get it to you tho.

o3o Not about if the turtle has a problem with its current home. Everyone loves a home upgrade! (I would like one.. =w= This apartment sucks xD)

yeah, originally my parents got me turtles when i was little because they were told it was less maintenance. apart from feeding and changing water, that's about it. *shrug* so they've never had fancy homes and stuff lol. besides, its easier to clean if they're just in a water container.....

You know.. o3o now you owe me pics of your turtle because.. adorbs >A<
