No worry! I figure you will do as you need to. :)

I think bread is relatively easy to make, but I started very young so I don't know for sure, if you were not used to it. You mostly mix things together and then leave it alone for a while, and then shape it and then leave it alone and then bake it and then eat it, so there's lots of stages, but any particular stage is not actually hard....

4am is very late! No wonder you are having difficulty with your sleeping habits!

I'm trying to finish "Strong Poison", by Dorothy Sayers. It's an old murder mystery, written in 1930. It was very modern, at the time, but it seems very old-fashioned now.

what book did you start? Was it not very good or do you like it?

I like the book, at least I think I will. Im like a few pages in. Its called "Moon Chosen" by P.C. Cast. Its a Y.A. fiction book. Its the type of book I would like I just havent been able to have the attention to sit there and read. But I need too. I want to get back into reading instead of just beingnon my phone all day. xc

The book your reading sounds really good to me. I dont read a lot of mysteries(my grandma does) but I dont think theyre bad.

That doesnt sound to bad at all. I have no idea if my grandma has made bread before but maybe I can ask and see what she says. I know some of the people I watch on youtube make bread. Its just interesting to me.

Yes it was very late and then I slept until 2 pm. Ive been sleeping so much the last few weeks and I need to stop. I need to sleep better xD ughhh

My mom used to have me "help" make bread because it is very tactile -especially when you are little, kneading the dough is very satisfying and it is distracting for kids. So she would have me do the bread while she did the other parts of our meals which were harder and not for young children. But she always supervised, and by the time I was old enough to know if it was really actually easy, or hard-but-my-mother-fixed-errors, I had done it for so long that it was already a skill I knew.

That was not put well.

It's just, you learn something young enough and you can't always judge if you know it because it was easy enough for a child to know, or if you know it because you've been practicing it for so long you learned it even though it was hard.

Is that better? Ah, I should go do something productive, I'm not making sense.

But you should ask your grandma! She would maybe know!

Moon Chosen? I will have to see if our library has that.

Oops. I haven't been on in a while >.> I keep doing that, sorry. Sometimes I don't like to go on this on my phone but that's really all I have. Right now, I'm on my sisters laptop while she's gone xD Ughhh.

Moon Chosen is starting out pretty good, it's just taking me a bit to get into the book and read it really quick. But if you've read the House of Night Series, you kind of know how P.C. Cast writes. xD I like her. I really loved her books back in middle school.

@Akili it does make sense! it feels like that with languages. you just soak up your mother tongue and can't really judge whether it's a language that a non-native speaker would find difficult to pick up.

@Tora no problem i tend to be on and off too. ohh i've heard of those books but i haven't read them lol most of the YA i keep up with aren't fantasy. nice that you're enjoying reading it! sometimes it feels like i only enjoy reading fanfiction these days. i miss ornery fiction

I actually haven't read any P. C. Cast yet! :qo: Need to fix that.

DC that's not fun! Is this still that cold you caught or something new?

whenever someone says they're having cramps i assume they're on your period but DC i know you don't get them because of your birth control. but you said you still get cramps even tho you don't menstruate. is that what's happening? or is it a tummy issue

either way :mcsad: drink hot liquids, maybe keep a hot water bag or something comfortably weighty. hope you feel better

I think it's something new. I had some deviled eggs and I don't think they agreed with me. I think I'm over the dying part.

I had lots of hot liquids. We have regular Lipton tea and I added lemon juice (not the lemonaid kind) and honey. It made a nice lemon tea and honey combo especially since I balanced it the way I wanted it.

lemon stuff is great for nausea. so it's good on an upset stomach

ahh yeah. i don't have more than one egg in one go on a single day (so egg on only one meal in a day, and only one egg at that) my system can't take more than that. i think many people are sensitive to egg. my family friend can't have egg in any form even though she's non-vegetarian. so when we brought over a cake for her son's birthday, we brought an eggless one.
