I'm in between. I kinda like to keep things bottle up, but then things get a little too much for me.

I bottle up cuz no one will listen to me
I'm trapped in that awkward "adult but still treated like a kid" spot
And being the youngest doesn't help

I just really hate crying

which is a habit from dad telling me as a kid 'it's no use crying'

and that ingrained into me that crying is bad. I used to cry a lot as a kid, I got anxious a lot. I still do but I guess I'm kind of better at it?

Depending on why I'm crying either I'm really mad which ends up including lots of shouting. Or when I'm sad then I just blubber.

Oh I just hate crying in general. My face looks horrible and I get major headaches xD At least my nose clears up...
