For some reason, I can't find any eggs. I've been searching for about an hour and a half, and still nothing. I already have 5 eggs from last night, however. My time is in EST.

If you already found the eggs from last night then you're already ahead. From my understanding it's only 8:30 pm in Germany right now.
When it reaches 24:00 then it's midnight

No problem if you ever need help with that I'd suggest looking at a world clock because it's easier; board time is always confusing to follow

I don't know if this has already been asked or replied to but, when the new fixed eggs appear, do the old eggs go away?

Yes. There are only 5 eggs available each day.

Took me only about 10 minutes to find all the eggs, maybe I am just good in this sort of thing.
