Mom likes to yell outthe window 'GET OUTTA MY PARKING SPAVE!!!!'

We don't have a yard so... we're protective of that spot... o3o

Loool wow does she now? Our neighbour from the above unit has one of those hose type ACs that leads out to the window facing our backyard. A month or so ago, a metal part of the ac fell into our yard. A few weeks later, the ENTIRE net screen of their window fell into our yard. If my mom had been working in the garden at the time, she’d be brained in the head by those objects. 8U

And the neighbor was all sheepish and was like “Hahahaha, that’s mine!” when they could’ve seriously injured someone who was in the yard had the objects fallen at that time. My mom was all “oh it’s okay, come down and pick up your items!”

Now it’s been several WEEKS, almost going on a month at least, and they STILL haven’t come down to pick up their items. Since the windows have a glass pane as well as the flyscreen, as long as the window is closed, the fly screen doesn’t really matter. But SERIOUSLY, we do NOT want your ac parts and window screens, do you expect US to walk upstairs with YOUR ITEMS which could have SERIOUSLY HURT SOMEONE when it was YOUR FAULT that you hadn’t secured those items properly when you were setting up your ac? Not only can we go to management, we could probably SUE YOU if someone had, knock on wood, been hurt by the falling items. 8U

Yeah well we’re too nice to do that. And then what if THEY complain to management about it? Either way, if they don’t come down, we don’t go up and don’t give it back lol. We’re at an impasse lol.

If they complain to managemenr, just say 'we told them to come down and get their stuff, they haven't, its been x amount of months, soooo they obviously didn't need it. Where we need our yard

Lol it’s currently kept in a corner under the roof of the balcony close to the door leading indoors. So. It’s not IN IN the way but it’s in the way lol.
