The villages in Naruto? Iwagakure (Village Hidden by Rocks), Kumogakure (Village Hidden by Clouds), Kirigakure (Village Hidden by Mist), Sunagakure (Village Hidden by Sand), and Konohagakure (Village Hidden in the Leaves)?

I'm currently reading the manga. It's so good!
I watched all of the original series when I was younger (like a dozen times), but I stopped watching after the Valley of the End, so all of Shippuden is new to me. I mean, I know everything that happens in the series through spoilers and clips I've watched on Youtube and long discussions I've had with other nerds, but it's different reading it for yourself. ^^ I am quite enjoying it. I just finished the Jiraiya/Pein fight, and am now working my way through the Itachi/Sasuke fight.
Itachi is my fave.

I am really liking it, as well! Unlike the anime, which is rife with light-hearted filler episodes to fill in the gaps and give Team 7's life a happy vibe intermittent with strife and hardships, there is a constant source drama in the manga. You don't get their day-to-day stuff - the fight scenes come one after the other, the atmosphere remains tense throughout the series. It's really a huge transition from the children's shonen to a much gritter, much more adult audience. The readers grew up with Naruto, and I really love how they adapted the series to match that. Similar to how the Harry Potter films got grittier and darker and the characters grew up with the audience. ^^

Why don't you just watch it online? There are a ton of anime sites that have the complete series.
I hear mix reviews about Boruto. From what little clips I have seen, I hate what they did to Naruto's character. Made him kinda a worthless pushover, in my honest opinion. And that's ignoring what they did to his beautiful hair!!! TT^TT /RIP iconic golden locks
Plus, the time skip doesn't really make sense? I mean, the time period has always been played loose when it comes to Naruto - computerized digital screens, but messages are sent by messenger hawk? Phone lines but no phones? Fridge and electric cooking appliances but no long-range walkie-talkies? Movies in cinemas but not TVs? It's always been kinda odd. But Boruto seems almost futuristic, even though not many years have passed, since Boruto is Naruto's age at the beginning of the series. I dunno, it just doesn't sit well with me. But who knows? Maybe I'll get into it.
Who's your favorite character, if you don't mind my asking?
