still don't understand the shoulder kitty, but your avi grows on me everytime I see it

7/10 It is a bit crowded but I like it.

Okay so I love the frame layering and background use, and the way the skin pops out in contrast to the clothing, but the clothing style so formal-human contrasts pretty oddly with the squirrelly look of the avatar, which is confusing.
So I'd go a solid:

for a rating. (As opposed to awesome/excellent or fair/meh)

Oh, I love how the background shades are mirrored in the soft blue of the hatribbon and the overall summery warm color scheme is relieved in the accent of lighter cool tones!
Really pretty!
