I just sent back a volume from the Carcaptor Sakura series. I want to go home and reread it now. I'd forgotten how much I loved that series!

I still have to rearrange my time again. Hubby came home for
a week this time unlike his normal 3 days and I kinda didn't do
a thing again lol. Gotta find time for my one cross stitch piece
I am working on and finally get that darned dreamcatcher finished.
Would be nice to get that thing up on the wall instead of in
pieces all over my dresser haha.
luv- Awesome, enjoy the manga~ I also loved that series, never
read it only saw the anime. Both versions. God did the US
one kill so much of the storyline so sad too.

Yeah, the US version really screwed it up, but I've found that the US versions of a lot of things are usually screwed up.
I haven't touched my cross stitch for over a year now. I've gotta get that light fixed! I haven't done any of my crafts for quite a while now. I guess I've been too busy playing video games.

Some animes bother me if they are missing stuff
and other don't. Depends on how much I am obsessed
with the anime. I just wish when the US got animes they
didn't touch them. God why take away from something
good? It's just stupid.
LOL I went about 5 years without touching a huge
cross stitch piece. It was a large japanese fan. I did
finally finish it. I hope you can get the light fixed.
Light is so important. Boy do I know that well. Had
to buy a new lightbulb and it blinds me when I turn
the sucker on.... Don't look into it lol >.> Why can't
I remember that?

A lot of what bothers me about us released anime is the voice overs. The US versions are TERRIBLE!! So I always watch mine in the original Japanese.
I think the switch is what's gone out on my lamp. I can't find another one to replace it with either. Not sure what to do.

Some of my fave actually have
good voice actors. Like Basilisk I love them.
The VAs are amazing and are really close to
the original characters personalities. Some of them
I agree with you, my god my ears are bleeding. Like
the second and third seasons of Saiyuki. Jesus kill
me please, horrible. I wasn't too fond of the Bleach
VAs. Some of them annoyed me but since I was unable
to watch the original japanese ones I dealt with it.
Are you able to get a new lamp for yourself?
I went and bought myself one for my side table
where I sit. I hate the ceiling fan lights, they
are horrible and don't seem to do any justice
for me trying to stitch.

Well I've been looking for a new lamp, but I don't think anyone sell halogen lamps anymore (fire hazard). I really like the light they put out. It's really clear and bright. I don't want to spend the $ for an Ott light floor lamp (they aren't very decorative either). *sigh* I'll find something eventually.

I have a small decorative side table lamp
with a bright as heck LED bulb in it. I forgot the
setting the bulb says it has. I know the number it
puts out is really high and I didn't even realize
how bright it would be until I put it in. For my
bedroom I have a tall floor lamp that is rather
nice and puts off a small amount of light, enough
for my bedroom usage since I stitch in the
living room.
