Our problem is mostly distance. I'm not a very wordy person really. Unless I'm writing, and she lives on the west coast. Talking is our only real connection. So, it's mostly my fault for not being able to talk to her more, or about more things.
= / She has this amazingly active social life and always has something to talk about. Most of my days are just like the one before it, so I have very little to say. Figures the first girl I have some semblance of a relationship with, I mess it up.
Maybe one day I'll meet someone who is as much of a book reading, socially retarded, homebody as I am, eh?

Aha, if that's your type.
Though I'm somewhat of a house hermit, I'd rather be with someone who likes to go out --it would give me an excuse/opportunity to broaden my horizon and get out of my comfort zone.
Man, I am so sleepy. I can't decide between reading or going to bed.

I'm the same way. I like someone who makes me get out and do things. At the same time, I adapt to the person I'm with. If they are shy, I become outgoing, if they are homebodies, I pull them out into the woods or to clubs or concerts. I'm a fairly submissive person, but if the person I am with is submissive, I become dominant.
It's kinda odd, but that's just how it works. Kinda wondering if I should take this as a sign to stick with guys. This relationship lasted longer than usual, but, it failed harder too.

Yeah, I think it makes sense for us to adjust ourselves like that to some degree. If people are too similar, it would be boring.
Well, if you love someone, you just love them, right? I don't know much about love, since I'm not the type to go look for it, but I'd like to think that it's something that will come on its own and all the other details are just extra bits. XD

Haha! Yeah. I don't look for it, it just happens. People get upset because I won't try to date people who want to date me, but if I'm just not getting a vibe from them, I can't do it. It doesn't matter how smart, good looking, sweet, hardworking, or rich they are. If I don't feel it, I don't feel it. I've actually been asked just to hook up with people "just once" to see if it changed anything... = / talk about feeling degraded.
I'll admit, sometimes I wish I were more like Aeri and all into the free love thing. He doesn't care who or when, just goes for it. It would probably be kinda fun, but I always end up thinking about the trouble it could cause.

Yeah, OCs definitely have their perks. Funny thing about Faris though, is that I expect him to be more carefree, but all he seems to be is disinterested in romance. Rather, he's the type of guy who would invest in friendships --I guess because they require less thought from him and comes with more benefits (as he sees it). *headfloor* Though aside from his childhood friend who he's really casual with, I don't see him getting touchy with people. He's the kinda guy who looks friendly, but he keeps people at a distance. I find it interesting because that side of him was unplanned. X3
So I take it that Aeri isn't the type to settle down?

He tried once, with a vampire. The vamp proved very unstable and tried to kill him. The end result was vampy boy throwing a handful of heart cut rubies back at him and a couple of others (a vamp and and angel) removing him from the premise before he could tear Aeri to pieces. You know... I'm still not sure what caused that either. He'd been about to propose to him when it happened.
I suppose, if he met someone worth taking that risk again, he might. As a professional assassin, he tends to avoid situations that he thinks are too hot to handle.

My, I've just finished reading the conversation. So sad most thing happen when I'm in bed.
About the RP. Turning OCs into knuffel would be fun. At least we can: 1)keep some of their abilities, 2)make them fit the more or less familliar (to us) universe, 3)make them equally aware of what's going on, 4)even draw them as knuffel if desired since Firn has given us the base! XD
But... What about wuffel? If we turn our OCs in wuffel and knufel they will become... enemies? Well, at leas they will have different "political" interests.
And another question, what do the OCs remember from their previous normal life? Does the memory affect their actions? Since personality is ok, but personality (and we are) nearly nothing without past experience.
I guess I would refrain from commenting upon heart affairs... Not a specialist, not a good advisor...
