I tried to apply for SSI online but they wanted a tax form or w2 or something to be used as proof of identity... and so annoying neighbor called for me and now i'm scheduled for a phone sign up thngy at the end of next month =3=

don't you do your taxes every year? 8U i do my taxes online but my taxes are fairly simple and its literally just plugging in numbers.

For me, I file a Tax Exemption Form each year because I don't work.

My aunts won't be here... Cindy coulda testified how I needed help up off the floor the other day x-x my knee's have gotten worse since last month...

Still, I hope you can find someone who can vouch for you. Although, will the government be stingy and say that you’re not qualified for it? Like asking for proof and documentation of your illnesses and stuff.

I was talking to one of my general managers a few days ago, right after i got my booster shot. I was telling them i had gotten the booster and he was like he wasn’t really sure if he would get it bc the second shot made his heart beat irregularly and too fast after the shot. He thinks getting more boosters is not good bc our bodies are like equipped to fight diseases and if we keep getting shots and antibiotics, our bodies will become too used to it and not be able to adapt fast enough when it does get sick and the meds don’t work anymore.

Later, he shows me a pic of a grocery with empty shelves (since we are like a small independent meat grocer) and he was talking about how covid has made people panic buy, leaving shelves empty, and about labor shortages. Then he goes on to say that people who don’t work (and/or are taking advantages of the pandemic to not go to work bc the government is paying them covid subsidies and whatnot) are leeches and that they’re taking the hard earned money of people who DO work and then going on the empty grocery shelves while others work. And this general manager is like…i think in his 60s and he’s descended from a family of butchers lol. He’s got strong views.

I just listened and nodded my head lol. His Italian accent is pretty strong so i only understand half of what he’s saying sometimes. Same goes for the bakery delivery man lol, his South Asian (? He’s like Hindi/Indian or something) accent is even stronger and he loves to chat it up with me, mainly about the weather lol, and all i can do is helplessly nod at everything lol.

Oh, they will request stuff from my doctors. Family Doc, Foot Doc, Chiropractor and my Counselor. And any other doctor I may see. But sometimes that isn't enough. So having people who know me, see me on a more day to day bases helps.


._. I don't get along with people like that... they make me feel like I'm lazy sh*t... when I really do try.


I saw a job that I thought I could do. Remote, work from home... look up legal court stuffs...

Turns out that the remote part was only temporary and when the place it was for opened back up, they'd require you to go in and work from there... thing is.. it was STATES away from me. >:x grrr
