Do you get a lot of those? We don’t apart from duct cleaning. XD and that one is annoying. But its just that one really.

95% of the phone calls coming through are scam calls it seems.

I don't answer the phone unless they start leaving a message on the machine =w=

I’ve…never gotten those kinds of scams here. I’ve gotten like those government agency ones about something being wrong with your credit or whatnot and like them threatening you about being arrested and all that.

Mom had one that claimed to be from the Federal Marshals once.

They told her that a car had been bought in her name and was found abandoned with drugs, guns, and was covered in blood. That there had been a shoot out and no one was found near the car as it was abandoned...

They were all "police will be at your door tomorrow to question you. you may need a new id and ssi number"

mom was all shaken up and scared. I kept telling her it was a scam but she wouldn't believe me. At the end of the week i was all "see. no one came. o3o scam"



The day I was to have my over the phone court session for SSI 2 years ago, There was a call from someone claiming to be collecting money for the poor poor police officers that are being ridiculed and blamed for everything wrong in the world!

... like dude... cops have been using excessive force for years on people different than them and not caring. They also shoot first and ask questions later, not caring about who they hurt. Cops deserve the back lash they're finally getting.

But still, it was a scam and it was RIGHT before my court time too! D:<

Wow sounds like American scam calls are more creative than Canadian ones…xD;; I’ve never heard of such scams before…

we've gotten calls from jamacia too xD like wtf dude... we don't shop at walmart enough to win some sort of car..

Awww. Well we’ve never fallen for anything here. My mom is inherently suspicious of like EVERYTHING so she never believes anything. XD my dad doesn’t care cuz he’s at work so he would rarely get calls like that. Same goes for my sister.

I don't fall for anything because I don't answer the phone or read strange emails.. o3o

A lot of scam callers stop leaving voice mails on the answering machine. xD which is nice =w=

well my life is now all about answering phones...8U and i don't have a choice unless i want to leave my job...8U

phones are evil... put me into panic attack mode and aggravates my ibs QnQ
