Kind of like my neighbors upstairs at my Shanghai home. They have a kid who rides a toy bike indoors all the time and it makes awful rattly noises.

Eugh, I hate when that happens. Our place is being blamed for flooding downstairs neighbors, when the leak is actually from an upstairs neighbor. -_-

Eh... I don't have many complaints about my neighbours. I'm used to the noise, and there's just occasional piano playing, sliding of furniture, mom yelling at the kid, banging noises, and noises when they drop stuff upstairs. I think the kid upstairs plays with lots of marbles... P:
