Well if you just use conditioner it might prevent your scalp from being dry.

I do all the stupid displays so I'm over in fragrance pretty often. They all smell pretty nice though! Most perfume is kinda pricey. My favorite is Viva La Juicy.

My scalp is oily but my hair is dry. ;O;

Oh, I thought you said that you had a dry scalp. I do suggest trying the conditioner thing for at least a month.

Just my hair is dry, my scalp get gross build up though. But my scalp feels more oily than my actual hair. I think I will give it another try.

You might be overwashing your hair then. It makes your scalp/top of your hair oily.

They did, I don't know if they do anymore. I found it when I worked at Walgreens a million years ago.

But thing is I only wash my hair like once or twice a week.

Oh! Yea I remember we did sell generics of popular perfumes.

Well, even that can be too much.
I've heard of some people only washing their hair once a month. I've even heard of some completely throwing out shampoo and never using it again.

I liked it. I still have some. I also have some cotton candy perfume. lol
