Eh. I hate being so picky. There are so many things that I can't stand the taste of.
Oh I'm weirdly good at identifying smells. It's so odd. People are amazed. Though it's not fun when there's a bad smell. lol.

I like some red meats but prefer it as mince. Like beef mince.... I do like roasts though. But yeah just stems from the smell or amount of fat on the meat to why I get picky.
I like chicken the most though. :3

My favorite meat is probably beef but I like most of them.
I don't really like ham much at all. I like bacon though. Only if it's super crispy. I can't deal with chewy bacon.
Chicken is nice because you can cook it with like any sauce and it'll still taste good.

The versatility of sauces to transform just about any food constantly amazes me.

We don't do sauces too often, though we do add some seasonings. Now I'm hungry. lol

I love heavily seasoned/sauced food. lol.
I am all about flavor.
I am also hungry. We might make meatloaf tonight. Depending on how Kevin feels after work.

I love having leftovers on hand for those "suddenly hungry" moments.

I love having food on hand, period, lol.
Do you put rice in your meatloaf? S'funny how many types of recipes there are for that one dish.

Same. Just gotta heat it up and then you're good to go. No muss no fuss. Good times.
No, I've never heard of putting rice in meatloaf. Wouldn't that make it really dry?
We use croutons.

Nah, you cook the rice until it's fully blown and will mush as soon as you work with it, and cook it in soup broth so it's flavorful. It fills out the meat loaf, soaks up the flavor from the stuff around it, and is a lot cheaper than actual meat so it makes a bigger loaf for less money.
Croutons would probably do the same, though.

Ah. That makes sense then. I'm obviously not the main cook of the house. lol.
Would beef bouillon be good to use?
I bet that would help cut down on costs.
It's just me and Kevin so we use a pound of beef. Then there's the croutons. Lots of carrots, red bell pepper, garlic, and onion. And then just the regular seasonings. We put honey in the glaze so it's spicy and a little sweet.
