Sneeze. Coughing can make you cough more because it's scratching up your throat. While you can have a sneeze fit, it's because you haven't gotten rid of whatever is making you sneeze from your system yet, not because you sneezed.

Recently, both. My left foot is under the cover because it's cold in my room. My right foot is out because I rolled it hiking recently and heavy cover over it turns it down and hurts it.

Oh, that's a hard one! I really like them both, but I guess hash browns win by a very slim margin.
