The changeover isn't too bad. Clapham Junction is busy, but as long as you travel in the middle of the day when there's no rush hour you can take your time.
You just have to do the London route, change to Platform 6 at Clapham Junction and catch the Reading train, and I'll come and get you from the station!

I'm travelling back from Hassocks on the 5th, but meeting me might be harder and I'm working on the 6th all day :( still, you're welcome to travel with me if you don't mind being on your own all day Monday.
