Wow, gaming weekend sounds nice! That'll have to wait until Christmas for me :( I have so much to do for uni right now, I should be doing it right now, but it stresses me out to the point where I procrastinate because I'm afraid of facing it. Hate it :(

But once I reach Christmas, everything will be fine - only one exam sometime in january or february, and I'll be getting the new pokemon for christmas, so I'll probably spend quite a bit of time gaming then :)
Just have to survive and manage to finish the projects until then...

But I did have a bit of nice weekend as well, bf and I went to the cinema to finally see thor on friday. That was nice :)

What week of semester are you in? Chip away at it a little at a time to prevent yourself from stressing due to deadlines :3 You'll be fine. Keep up the good work!

That sounds nice. Was Thor good? My bf and I aren't movie people.

I'm not even sure what week we're in, I'm only counting down to the end ;) Our semester ends right before Christmas. I have a deadline every day of the last week...
You're right of course, chipping away little bits is the way to go. My problem is just one of the projects actually, but in some sense it is the most important one. So I'm constantly tempted to rather work on some other one to avoid facing it, but since I know that's dangerous I tell myself "no, today you have to work on this" and then I end up procrastinating and being worse off than if I had worked on another one.

Thor was really nice, I laughed out loud a few times :) It's a lot of fun, you can tell that the movie makers aren't taking themselves too seriously either ;) They constantly subvert the epic or heroic moments by people failing in weird ways or giving off silly lines. But it doesn't take away from the movie, it actually makes it better, since it kind of pokes fun at these overly dramatic hero scenes one sometimes sees. I liked it a lot :)

Finally managed to sort out the pile of clothes, it's been on my desk like forever.

I have to wrap a present for my secret santa and I realised I only have washi tape to tape it lol. I can't be bothered to buy sticky tape

XD You can always wrap the gift in aluminum foil. No tape needed.

What pattern is your washi tape? I have two or three different rolls, but I forgot what designs I have on them.

Ah, I can understand that ;-; I get overwhelmed. How about writing down a list of tasks you need to do for the day and do one at a time until you cross it all off. Make it realistic like maybe 3 small tasks like "research this particular thing", "write this paragraph" etc.

Washie tape is heckin' cute. I wouldn't mind :3 I've never thought of using alumiunium foil. I wonder if it'll look cool.

the tape is silver hexagon themed..
