Yep :< Sadly not enough people ever seem to donate any more. It's one of the issues that we are trying to sort out, which is why Firn's done user surveys and the like recently. Basically we need to grow our user base again so that we can get more donations!
No, I think this time I'll stick to what I enjoy more. I might go for a fashion photography job if I can get one, or otherwise a copywriting/social media position. I'm doing marketing here and it just makes me miserable. But there's no other circuit I would like to work for like I do this one, especially since the same company owns four others and anyone who worked for them as a writer would be based here with me too.

I'm pretty busy with school so a hangout that doesn't require me to go into a scrolling frantic to keep up sounds cool, plus the first post says it's encouraged to discuss KofK-related stuff here, and that I must do, I'm pretty new 
There are a few items I've seen around, and searching for with the Dream Avi maker but I'm not able to find all of them. Like in the NPC contest prizes, I fell in love with a couple of the eyes: in the 3rd place prize, the second and third ones 
It seems like artists probably have an edge here. You'd need to have talent at art to win in the recent contest, to make Wild Knuffel, and to post stuff in the gallery and unfortunately I have no such talent 
someday I'd love to be able to do hard pixeling though.
@Kiseu: You're new like me! 
you've achieved quite a bit though, your avi is adorable 
by the time I heard of Gaia it was all 'hyperinflation, oh the money-minting, geez the black market!' kind of conversation 
@jacobgrey: It's sad that they're not getting enough donations 
I wish I was getting pocket money or was making my own money.
@luvloveless: I think it's great that the site is run by only a couple of people, too! Too many avi sites have shut because of drama among the staff

Hi Urban Myth! I've been around for a while so feel free to ask anything that you're not sure about ^^ I would definitely recommend signing up with http://www.useffel.info if you want to track items or find out more about them as it is super useful (like the name suggests!).
I think the eyes you're looking for are the strawberry eyes and the unicorn eyes. Don't worry about not having artistic talent though, there's not much to gain from the art gallery and wild knuffel have died off a lot compared to what they were used to as well. I'm awful at art and I get along okay XD

good luck on the job hunt! =) rn, I work part time at an after school center so it makes me feel like going into education isn't so bad--
And hello Urban Myth!! I really like the items for the contest too xD kinda wish I was around to join it but I'm pretty lazy with my art ;m; And actually, I've heard that having Knuffels is a good way to build up funds! They're a really good investment, supposedly so you have a chance c8 ! Also, thanks so much, haha. I gave in and donated <3 I'll buy an FC for you too, if you want! Not now though, since I gotta pay for some pending bills.
But yeah, Gaia has gone to shit pretty much; I only spend money to buy art on there now ;m;

Regular knuffels are definitely the best way to invest your FPs at first! They give out 1k fps after every 10 levels and they can dig up fps too, so you can earn a lot quickly.
It's one of the things I love doing the most ^^ Even my boyfriend caved in and let me do shoots sometimes on the days that we're supposed to spend together, because he saw how happy it makes me.
If you enjoy your work, that's great! Education is really important so it's great to be interested in it. One of my cousins just started training as a teacher and she's enjoying it a lot.

Not everything, but a lot of stuff. I post a lot on my Facebook page too, my website has a link to that. And I post lots on my modelmayhem page, but I'm on my phone right now so I can't post a link to that XD
Knuffels first is a great idea!

Ooh, I'll check all of them, jacob =) photography is really interesting and it seems more difficult than it looks.
And I'll probably go that way then.. I'm just worried about raising them though *n*
@Urban Myth -- Ooh np! Let me know if you'd like one though; they're actually soo cheap compared to Gaia and I feel no qualms about buying lots of them ;m; are you gonna buy this month's monthly treasure?
I've been clicking around and I've read someplace that Wilds are released for 30 days. But I think they do recurr, do they get re-released at regular intervals? (I've seen one called Cor Dracaena I'd love to have if she ever comes up for adoption again!)
