yeah, I think she just takes things rather personally, I might try transferring to another location but I'm not sure yet lol the stock job wants me to come back and work more, but that's mainly because we get busy around this time, once summer hits the hours just aren't there XD ughhhh the joys for work. (that's sarcasm lol)

My permits spires in a month and mom doesn't want to pay the outrageous fees to extend it :|

Pahaha, another similarity between the three of us then xD I can't drive either. I should really get my learner's, but I'm lazy.
Yeah, everything starts getting busy around now. It can be nice for getting hours, but in retail especially it can also be sort of hellish to work in. You know Christmas is in the air when the stores are filled with insane line-ups and shrieking children xDD Ahh the holidays.

maybe instead of extending it you can just try going for the license..? :0
whoop whoop! go us X'D I'm not gonna lie, i'm 25 and I hate hate hate driving. I don't find it fun, i'm an easily distracted person, and i'm paranoid. lol my friends and family harass me into getting my license, I just don't like being pressured into it. but my bf helps me practice when i'm out by his house xD lol so, all in due time.
this is why i'm glad I'm in the backroom lol I don't ever plan on being a cashier and I don't deal with many customers

My back isn't very good, so I can't really get a back-room job xD It would be great if I could get a reception position, but they typically only want people older than I am.
I used to manage an aisle in a dollar store, but the store was pretty understaffed for how busy it was, and they ended up having me on till more often than in the aisle for the last few months I was there x.x
My girlfriend is one of the few people I know who does have a license, but she hates driving too xD She's always paranoid that she's going to hit something, even though she seems to be a fairly good driver.
I'm not sure what I'll think of driving once I get started. More than anything I'm dragging my feet because I don't like the thought of buying a car, and paying for gas and insurance. Boooo.

ohhhhh, yeah, that's a good point. My little sister was actually in a car accident a few years ago and when she stands for long periods of time she is pretty much on bedrest after because she is in so much pain. She's a tiny little thing, too lol
But maybe sitting for a long time also isn't the best for your back :0 i'd try a job where you only work short shifts? working at gamestop I have to stand, but it's one day a week (or every other week) and it's only like, 5 hours vs my stock job 5hrs feels like a reaaallyyy long time because it's so tedious
I feel the same way, but i'm not a good driver lol I'm like the granny who doesn't go faster than 50 mph lol maybe try going for a cheap car? What I did was my mom helped buy me a car for like, 3k, and it lasted a few years. situations aside my brother has it now and the engine is going out and I ended up not being the driver, buut yeah :) cheaper might be good so its not like youll crash a brand new new car if by accident

Sorry to hear about your sister, that's terrible D: My back isn't so bad that I'm in a ton of pain just from standing or sitting, but it can get kind of bad when I have to lift a lot of heavy boxes. I do go to the chiropractor now, but I still doubt I'd fair well in any sort of warehouse/backroom type thing xD
I used to work 8 hour shifts 5 days a week at the dollar store standing the whole time @.@ That was pretty brutal and tedious xD
Yeah, it's true that you can get a car fairly cheap and have it last quite a while, but the gas and the insurance are more than enough to be a pain money-wise x.x Sadlyyyy. Like I'm sure I could manage it somehow, I just don't want to xD

oh, she's okay :) lol but what she diiiiiiidn't do, is continue going to her chiropractor lol so you should deff. continue until they tell you otherwise because it bit her in the butt lol
Eesh. I hope you can find something that works well for you then :0
oh, I 100% understand I'm super financially unstable right now lol I'm trying to teach myself how to be an adult, but i'm living rent and bill free and I can't say I want to.... but since i'd like to move out soon (my family is crazy) I need to visit a little place called reality lol

I also do not know how to drive as well ;D. Maybe I should rename the hangout to People Who Can't Drive Hangout LOL. The funny thing is in dreams I always get the hang of driving so easily <<. I wonder if I'd be any good IRL lol.

I'm sure you'll do fine! I used to have dreams where i'd crash into trees and stuff LOL so it helps with my paranoia.
