(Which one of my history teachers made us read and which I mainly remember as being the sort of thing budding lawyers would like. I can't remember the actual plot at all, just that everyone was accusing everyone else and being unsatisfied with results that were settled in what seemed like more of a battlefield than a courtroom. Which makes sense if it was during a 'might makes right' era, I suppose. Now why that came to mind first is a mystery, but there you go. Random stuff from school days bubbling up when one least expects it.)
