I've never heard of fig wine! Absolutely update us when you manage to find/make some cause I'd be interested to hear about how it tastes.

Being an adult can be exhausting when you realise that work doesn't end when you come home from the office :')

My goal for this long weekend: SLEEP. XD

Yeah i hate extreme heat. I hear its going up to the 20s today and i’m already dreading it…8U
My mom’s side of the family (and some of my dad’s) live in HK. XD

Night market! Dunno if we have any here…

We have one each year in the city that's basically filled with Asians XD
It's... A bit of a money trap, because the prices are rather high for these street foods. But on the other hand, it's an once-a-year event with dishes you sometimes can't find anywhere else, so it's worth visiting once.
This year I'm excited for this shop that sells Japanese dango, and another that sells grilled bone marrow *___*

Oooh sounds nice! I’d go for the food. Although…i’d hate the crowds lol. XD;; i hate places with lots of ppl. 8U

I also hate the crowds, but usually if you go to places early enough the crowds are still at home

Street markets are awesome, I love them.
And if they have foods I would not find elsewhere, I would go straight to those!

Yeah, every year it's a dilemma between "the FOOD" and "the PEOPLE"... This year the food won out LOL

I will make sure to take pictures of the funky things we eat and share them! :D

i actually love crowded night markets c': they give a different vibe that i enjoy... and when i get home, the relaxation is on another level xD

well i think covid has made me more aware of how much i hate crowds and people...8U im always tense around too many people.

different types of food is interesting tho. i'd like to try new foods. 8U
