i swear, most of the apps i've seen so far, they're from people who are OUT of country. no work visas, needs sponsors.......8u like we're not a big company, we're not gonna do that stuff for you, sorry.

Looks, weight, and family connections.
Also, you're just as screwed if you have ANY disability..

Ohio is an At Will state, so people can fire you just for you looking at them funny... and they don't have to hire you. You can't sue for disability, gender, age, or race discrimination if you don't get hired either.

yeah lol. if you don't even have a work visa, you can't work here if you're from another country or whatever. like i'm seriously getting applications from people in Dubai and Mexico and Italy.....8u like REALLY? you want to come ALL the way here for our little company?? 8u
