A lot of states right now are making laws that help people due to covid and now the raising prices of food and other things.. Depending on the state, people are getting 300-1200$ stimulus money, MONTHLY.

Ohio... nope..
There's someone who's trying to run for some government position that can give out stimulus checks.. she's spoken about her plan to help and stuff...

very few are voting for her. =/

A lot of Ohioans see Stimulus money as a problem. "People don't want to work because they're getting free money."

No.. people don't want to work because they don't want to get sick. Or the jobs they had no longer exist and the only places the qualify for now are fast food restaurants that don't care if they spread covid to their workers.

There were many people who left fast food places and found better jobs they could do from home.
Then there are those who never had jobs to begin with, the ones on SSI. =3=

Well I’m not gonna bother with america and it’s laws. I gotta deal with Canada and it’s laws first lol. America sounds like a whole lotta confusion.

Each state has different laws so if you go traveling, and you are following the law as you know it, but in reality your breaking it because its different in that state! D8 like.. wtf!

And stupid laws are constantly changing, and the ones that NEED to change don't.. and new laws need to be put in place to keep up with the times but nope..

I mean, america is larger than Canada so maybe it’s harder to police it’s people. American seems a lot more…divided than I thought.

We were always divided..

Racism runs rampant.
Discrimination everywhere.
Police brutality has always been an issue.
Laws that are far too old that should be changed are left alone and taken advantage of.


Most presidents TRY to do something about this, but it all went to hell when Trump took over.

He literally wanted to abolish Democracy and become the one and only leader of the US. A Trumpet in one of the discord channels I'm in, he was all "that was just a joke," like.. no.. after all he did to try and stay in power? No.. he was not joking, he was seriously trying to take over.

Over the 4 years he was in office, he slowly smuggled classified papers out to his home in Florida. Not sure, but that siege on the capitol was probably a ploy so he could smuggle more crap out.

FBI raided that Florida home and found over 64 boxes of classified documents, some of which was nuclear stuff. Let's remember, he's good friends with Russia's Putin. Trump steals classified nuclear documents, Putin is currently holding a Ukraine nuclear plant under their control? HMMMM >:x Just my own conjecture... But I find it suspicious.

Wow sounds like america is a mess. And bad news for us because we’re neighbours. 8u

USA's always been a mess. Just another land stolen from its natives and torn to shreds by war and violence and ignorance and racism.
