I took a look at that lord of the rings prequel show amazon has up..
it sucks..

It's all over their boxes too. "COME WATCH LORD OF THE RINGS!!!"

The guy that they got to play young... Elrond... his face is too square. =/

Elrond in the original movies, his got a long face, this new guy,.. its square at the bottom and then alienish big on the crown =/ like wtf...


The story is kind of hard to follow too..
Evil came, fought the elves, elves chased after it.. Galadriel's older brother dies so she took up his vow to chase the evil (sauron?) till its dead..
elf leader was all "its dead" she's all "no its not! signs of have shown to the south!" and elf leader "go on the ship to our elven home! time to retire" so she gets on the boat.. only to jump off before it's engulfed in light..


oh and there are hobbit like wanderers.. and then a very tall oldish man who can't talk.. =/ I THINK he may be Gandalf?

Though it is nice to see the Dwarven city before it fell, and that huuuuuuge human king statue all in one piece..

I don’t remember much of the lord of the rings, the prequel will probably be just as confusing to me. XD;; n

The Prequel was the Hobbit movies ;p

This is the part that comes... before the Hobbit..... because Bilbo finds the "precious" in the Hobbit series, then in the LotR series Frodo gets it.. so this is when "precious" is supposedly made. o3o

So the Prequel's Prequel? x'D


I wonder if Tolkien actually wrote stories about when the rings were made. If he did.. I hope they aren't as boring as this Amazon series. >A<
