The younger version of that blonde elf woman Galadrial... They have her younger self look pretty spot on, I knew who she was right away.. but Elrond .. i didn't know until they said his name.. I was like "wait.. he's too short, not all that beautiful (rouge-ishly handsome.. MAYBE? not my type i think he's not goodlooking at all) not beautiful.. and again.. his head is.. well.. see for yourself:

Apparently he's half elf half human, explains why he knew the pain of an elf marrying a human and didn't want that for Arwen! o3o And he marries Galadrial's daughter even though he and Galadrial were good friends (i thought he liked her in the Power of the Rings.. o-O couldn't have her so went after her daughter? ew?)


wait... he has twin sons? =/ I gotta re-watch these movies.. geeze


It seems the Rings of Power MAY be based loosely off of the "Unfinished Tales" I got bored reading o3o

Oh. Wow. They look NOTHING a like…8u they really should’ve considered different actor choices, because i wouldn’t have known that was Elrond until you said something. XD;;

I remember this one part in the first few movies where the human hunter (really king/heir to a kingdom) ... they were going after sam and frodo who had been taken by orcs, and Aragon kicked a helmet or decapitated head in a helmet... and he screamed/cried out...
The fact that he broke a toe doing that, and his cry of pain/anguish from breaking his toe was just too perfect, they kept it in the movie. o3o

yeahhh....like i'd imagine elves being more beautiful, with long pointed chins and like classically beautiful features. but new elrond is fugly. 8u
