The dress is usually the color marked for vanilla like on a vanilla flavored tootsie roll wrapper, white and blue. The hat and the lollipop makes me think of the swirling strawberry added as a touch of flavor to the simple vanilla.

I did take more than a moment actually. ^^ However, it is a shame that I seem to not be able to understand your thoughts without explaination. They seem so random to me (before explaination). :3 It's also a shame you didnt take a moment to consider if everyone knew what a tootsie roll was.

A tootsie roll is a depression era candy that was made because of the lack of chocolate. Thus, the candy isn't made of chocolate at all. You can look up the rest of the information yourself. It is a common small candy that can easily be given away. For that those don't know of its existence, it is merely the location of the person and the lack of exploring the candy aisle in a store.

Then look it up. Asking for your location would be rather pointless if the goal of being on a net is to exist yet be slightly unknown.
