You can only hope. I'm hoping that hearing horror stories about my siblings will warn her away from seriously stupid things. She's a smart girl.

Kids are starting to get them a lot earlier now a days. Because of all the hormones in the water. I feel it's better to be a little too early than to be really late. lol. I've heard some horror stories of kids who never got the period talk and they like hide their bloody underwear in weird places. Ruin towels. All kinds of crazy stuff.

For my family most of use got our periods around 9 years old. But my aunt was a late bloomer and didn't get hers until she was 16.

Oh man. Most of the women in my family have really large breasts. We all started developing them really young. I think when you start to be able to see their nipples through their shirt is a good time to start the bras.
