We're doing the same. My family does a big party every year on the 24th and we all bring delicious foodstuffs. :d

I did make cookies today! Sugar cookies (from mix) and then sugar cookies flavored with hot chocolate mix. I'm not exactly the biggest baker. XD

They didn't turn out that great though because I didn't put in enough butter. v_v

Eflete, your boyfriend is a lucky guy. Homemade truffles wowzers! I've looked up truffle recipes in the past and they generally seem to take a lot of skill. Which I don't possess. lol

I've made them quite a few times before, so I suppose I'm used to it, but it's pretty easy. You just mix some stuff together and let it cool then ball it up. It was easier than I first thought it would be.
