So far my area of ohio (during my time here) only has had tornados -w-
tho legend has it earthquakes do happen! x'D

i think we've had a few tornadoes too. like.....maybe close but not like.......close to my area? 8u i know there have been in a few in ontariooo but.......yeah that's about it.

Before I was born one tore through my current town and took a small convenient store. They had to rebuild it. xD


Then a few years ago we had one touch down not far from here.. you could see it forming near the mall but it touched down a few towns over.

yeah i don't think i've ever physically seen the results of one. on tv, in the news, yeah. but actually seeing one? no, thank goodness.

I believed I saw one when I was little..

Mom and I was visiting my aunt Denise.. I was put in the basement and told a tornado was coming.

I have MEMORIES of a tornado touching down a few miles away..

But according to my aunt, there was no tornado. What was coming was my Aunt Judy. o-O She told me she hid me from Aunt Judy.

disastrous storms like those..........they seem so wild. 8u like....i'd love to observe them from a safe distance. just seeing all that raw power....

We don't have storm shelters here, and I live on the second floor, so even if I were to go into the bathroom where there are no windows, I'd still be screwed.

Why don't storm/tornado shelters exist here where tornado's are known to happen? =/

i dunno lol. im not sure how i'll fare in disastrous weather conditions. but at least i'm not in an apartment? 8u

When I was in North Carolina, we had an earthquake. Minor, very minor.. i thought my boyfriend, who we were living with at the time, was just shaking the couch.. =w= later his mom came out "How'd you like your first earthquake?"

I was sooo confused.

lol wow. you lived through an earthquake and almost completely missed it. xD;;
