I love it, but I hope she isn't getting overworked or tired!

I kind of don't want to, because I'm not sure how to ask it in a neutral fashion, you know? I keep thinking I'm asking people perfectly innocent questions, and then they take it in some way I didn't even conceive of, and are hurt, or think I've got some sort of expectations, or whatever, and it gets confusing. Socializing is hard....
