I love everything about it, except for the face that bothers me for some reason. I think it's the eye-shadow/eyes that bugs me. xD

I really like the avatar + border, I just don't really get the blue background though 8.5/10

It's absolutely gorgeous, but the bright blue just feels like it pops out of nowhere. It does look pretty, but it's still random. xD
