Ooh, i also had no idea what a pinafore was. I've seen the term in novels and such but never really understood what it meant.

How is everyone today?

I'm okay
Tomorrow I think mom had plans for getting close for my newest niece (this one was born back on Monday)
And then Saturday I have reorientation at my summer job
In theory I'll also have to go into training cuz every year they have to do that cuz hey seasonal job
But there's been years where I haven't gone cuz "you've been here long enough nothing's changed don't bother"
And before they moved a thing from training to orientation, I've have years where we did that and then the one doing the training told me I could go home since the rest was old news for me

Well at least you'll have an easy go of it today.

The sun's finally out here today!! It's been a chilly, rainy two weeks since we've seen it.

When does the season start? Seems a little early for it.

It's been raining a stupid amount around here too. So much rain.

We had a freaking snowstorm on Easter! This weather's nutso!

We had a lot of snow on the first day of spring. Now it's back to raining.
It's raining so much I'm actually amazed that there's not more flooding going on. We are super easily flooded.

I'm glad you're not flooding! We've had quite a bit of rain lately. It makes up for not having any rain or snow over the winter. Well, it partly makes up for it anyway.
