I think that would be unlimited. The bigger is always the better. (you can alwas make it smaller, but you cannot make something small bigger). But pixels are also allowed so it can be tiny as well.

If the question means whether there will be any kind of permanent gallery that displays the entries, then the answer is no.

I don't think it should be permanent, but I think it'd be cool to see every ones entries, and just have them anonymous, after all the winners are chose. xD
