What happens if I end up adopting a Knuffle that may have been meant for someone else? I don't want to be receiving PMs asking me to re-pound a Knufflel nor do I care that someone else may have paid for it. Call me rude, but that's the chance you take if you're going to be doing it that way and too bad for you.

I'd like official word on who would be right in this situation because I'm not willingly going to give up a Knuffle I've been dying to own and that I legitimately acquired through the pound.

Let me be clear, I don't care if it's something that people do so long as it's officially recognized that it's AT THEIR OWN RISK and that the user/users who have lost out can't go harassing or bad mouthing the person who innocently and legitimately adopted it. I've seen it done on other sites which is why I'm concerned.
