Yeah, hopefully I can :)

I'm kind of feeling the time crunch a little bit, since I have to move out in about a year and a half to continue going to school xD;; Since we're sort of in the middle of nowhere, and there's no close options to take my university courses once they hit advanced level. Scaaaary. Hopefully it'll be okay though. If everything works out alright, I might stay with my girlfriend and her parents for a while back in Alberta while I get everything sorted out to rent a place there myself.

Well, have you looked into dorms in schools? obviously not all of them have dorms lol but it could be a good option :) but i'm sure you'd also love living with the gf lol

but overall, good luck! :D what are you going to school for?

Not a whole ton, but mostly because I'm not attending a full time program. It wouldn't do me much good being right on campus when I have very few classes, and I'm not sure that it would be any cheaper then than renting somewhere else. I'm also not so sure I'd do well with roommates unless it was someone I already knew. Will probably still look into it, though.

Thank you :) I'm going to school for translation. Currently taking courses to become fluent in Japanese, and then I can take an online translation certificate specific to that language nya.

very good points lol

ohhhhhh! that's pretty cool :) I can speak English. that's all I care to learn xD I'm not great at remembering even basic words in other languages so I don't see the point in trying. Plus, there's so much other stuff I do in my free time

Thanks haha :) I've always been really interested in language, and ended up learning a bunch of Japanese on my own in my spare time. Luckily I'm pretty good at memorizing words quickly. It also helps that Japanese is a language that sort of "clicks" for me though. Back in grade school they tried to teach us French, and I did not learn a bloody thing xD All of it was like gibberish to me.

n't mind French but I never pursued it lol german is impossible to me XD and I'll stick with my English dubbed shows, I don't need to learn the language :)

but it sounds like fun lol maybe one day a new language will 'click' for me XD doubt it though

German does sound incredibly difficult xD I'm not sure I could even make half of those sounds, pffft. Not as bad as either of the Chinese languages though. My god, I'd die xD

I have a few friends who speak Mandarin/Cantonese xD They try to get me to pronounce stuff sometimes, and no matter how much I think I'm getting it right, they are like "no, wrong <.< like this: *says what sounds exactly the same*".

Lol, it's cause theres like 4 different tones for stuff. It's hard to differentiate between the different tones for people who aren't used to it. I'm Chinese so it makes it a little easier for me but I still am not that great at it because I can't exactly speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
