Its gonna take a lot of work to fix the US. Not to be mean to people that live there, but the tension in the south scares me right now.

Well at the moment kids in school seem more likely to get shot while at school than a police officer is on active duty and the government won't do anything about it. Our president is talking Cheeto and I'm pretty sure he's trying to start a nuclear war with North Korea. And for some reason people still believe that if you aren't a straight white man, you aren't worth anything in this country.

I'm not too worried about that part to be honest. Let Texas try to survive on its own. The poor state wouldn't stand a chance if they broke off and they know it. The only valuable thing they have is oil and at the moment New England is really starting to push using renewable sources so we are already trying to reduce our dependence on it.
