I'm not sure because I bought an ice set as well as some of the old ones.

People who probably bought the 'last chance' donation items might have got it thrown in for free because they donated so much. Of course, they could have just donated the money without wanting a set and got it instead. Very lucky! The halos are cute. Too bad I don't have the means to find out how to get one.
